Ha’wa’lou Folks, We are very excited that Mike Cipra, director of Friends of the Dunes is going to be speaking about the Samoa Dunes and Wetlands property (Former Dog Ranch) and a vision for a Wigi National Monument at the May CAC meeting. This will be a great time for Tribal citizens to learn more about this amazing Wiyot cultural landscape, and provide feedback on how the Tribe can reconnect with the property as we work on language for the MOU.
